When vendors register on Drishya, we collect personal and business information such as contact details and product information for participation in exhibitions.
Drishya does not collect or store any payment information since there is no integrated payment gateway.
Use of Information
The personal and business information collected from vendors is used to manage their accounts, facilitate product listing approval, and enable communication between vendors and customers.
Drishya may share vendors’ contact information with customers who express interest in their products for further direct communication.
Slot Booking and Payments
While slot booking requires a payment of ₹5500 starting from version two, Drishya does not handle or process these payments. Vendors are responsible for managing payments outside the platform.
Data Security
Drishya takes reasonable measures to protect vendor data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of vendor information.
Product Listing and Approval
All product listings are subject to review and approval by the Drishya admin to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Admin decisions regarding product approval are final.
Third-Party Communication
Drishya facilitates connections between vendors and customers but is not responsible for the communication or transactions that occur between them. Vendors should handle all customer interactions independently.
Data Retention
Vendor data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the platform’s services. Vendors may request to delete their accounts and associated data at any time.
Changes to Privacy Policy
Drishya reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Vendors will be informed of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
